Sanjay Minocha was born and raised in Victoria, Texas, the son of Indian immigrants. He headed to New York City for college, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University. Sanjay returned to Texas to attend and graduate from the University of Houston Law Center. While there he worked for U.S. District Court Judge Gray Miller, the Federal Public Defender for the Southern District of Texas, and two prominent Houston firms. Sanjay edited the Houston Journal of International Law and participated in mock trial competitions. He also has clerked with the Dallas County Public Defender. Sanjay Minocha serves all of DFW.
